Instead, it gives FIVE DIFFERENT options of EVALUATIONS: 1. Auto Report, 2. Self Review, 3. Peer Review, 4. Mentor Feedback & 5. Espoir Expert Evaluation.

As you know, answering all questions right might not get you a job if the interviewers don’t like ‘your way of answering’ or ‘the way you conduct yourself’ - for example, your perception, your ability to sustain concentration, motor skills, use of language, flexibility, visual and spatial processing, executive functions like the insight into the other person’s inner world, anticipation and pattern recognition, problem-solving ability, decision making ability, working memory, emotional self-regulation, sequencing, inhibition etc.
